How do I select a delivery city?
Use the location selector in the website header, the mobile menu or Our Cities page. Select a city, or enter a six-digit Indian PIN supported by that location.
Why is a watch available in one city but not another?
Each store keeps a separate stock balance. A product available in Chennai might be sold out in Coimbatore. Product pages show the availability associated with your selected city.
Are dial colours and other watch variants tracked separately?
Yes. Where a product has selectable variations, each variation can have its own quantity at each enabled store. Choose the variation on the product page to check its location-specific availability.
What if I change my city after adding products?
For stock accuracy, switching shopping locations clears your cart. Add the products again once your new location is selected.
What does a delivery PIN check mean?
During checkout, the delivery PIN must match the location used to reserve the items. Unsupported or mismatched areas cannot be used for that order.
Can I place a paid order on this website?
Not yet. This is a functional commerce preview built with demonstration products, prices and stock. It is not accepting real payment or arranging fulfilment. Production terms and payment arrangements must be completed for the actual merchant.
